  • Profile picture (from your Google account)
  • Gmail access tokens for authentication

We do not store your email contents. Emails are processed in real-time for summarization and immediately deleted.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Authenticate your account and provide access to InboxDigest
  • Fetch and summarize your Gmail emails using AI
  • Create daily email digests for you
  • Improve and optimize our service
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

Email Contents: We do not store your email contents. All email data is processed in real-time and permanently deleted immediately after summarization.

Account Data: We store only your email address, name, profile picture, and Gmail refresh tokens in an encrypted database.

Security: We are CASA Tier-2 certified and implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

  • Google: For OAuth authentication and Gmail API access
  • OpenAI: For email summarization using GPT models
  • Supabase: For database storage and management

6. Data Retention

Email summaries are retained for 24 hours and automatically deleted. You can manually delete your account and all associated data at any time.

  • Withdraw consent to data processing
